The business training courses that IPT offer not only cover the skills of conflict resolution but also aid management in devising strategies for organisational transformation which includes appropriate gender sensitive policy and strategy. IPT also assist in the establishment of dispute mechanisms.

Typically, IPT would assess an organisations needs in terms of training and intervention and then design a process suitable to that organisation. This could include strategies to improve corporate culture and morale, team building processes as well as joint goal setting and decision making, with special reference to the needs of cross cultural teams.

Furthermore, IPT have extensive links with grassroots communities and are thus well positioned to manage social investment activities.
